  • Patent number: 7735155
Abstract: A pair of pants with attached skirt has first and second leg portions. Each of the leg portions has an inner side and an outer side. An abdominal portion has an upper end and a lower end and connects to the leg portions at the lower end. The abdominal portion has a waistband at the upper end. A skirt attaches to the waistband. When the pair of pants with attached skirt is worn, the skirt will cover a wearer's buttocks and thus provide modesty for the wearer. The skirt may surround the entire abdominal portion or may surround only the front or rear section of the abdominal portion. The skirt may be permanently or removably attached to the pants. The skirt may be formed at the rear as a pair of flaps meeting at a center point on the waistband.

  • Publication number: 20090045573
Abstract: A horse racing game includes a game board that has a plurality of concentric lanes having at least one starting point, a finish point and an equal number of movement increments. Markers are identifiable with each player and used to identify the position of the player on the game board in an identified lane. A direction indicating device randomly determines if the player's marker will move in a forward direction, a rearward direction or remain in place. A movement indicating device randomly determines a number of the increments a marker will move. The movement indicating device has a feature for moving the marker in the forward direction only one increment when the marker is located upon the increment directly adjacent the finish point. Each player operates the direction indicating and movement indicating devices in turn to determine a direction and number of increments to be traversed by the player's marker.

  • Patent number: 7301090
Abstract: An instructional device for use by music students is constructed as an outer sleeve having a slide member fitted within it. The outer sleeve has first and second sets of openings through and is imprinted with a representation of a piano keyboard on one surface. The slide member has alphabetic representations of musical notes arranged to show through the first set of openings as the slide member is moved through the sleeve. One alphabetic representation shows the musical key selected and seven others display the notes of the major scale and major and minor chords associated with that key. A first series of markings sized and located to show through the second set of openings and will indicate the piano keys related to the major scale selected. Additional sets of openings and markings on the slide member indicate the piano keys associated with the major and minor chords selected. These piano keys may also be shown by colored markings or differently shaped openings.
