The stretchable member has a proximal end portion and a distal end portion. The proximal end of the stretchable member is removably coupled to a connecting point between the first end portion of the elongated handle and the second end portion of the elongated handle. The distal end portion of the stretchable member is slidably engaged to the second end portion of the elongated handle. The brush is attached to the distal end portion of the stretchable member.
