Publication number: 20240104457Abstract: A method performed by a provider computing system includes training one or more artificial intelligence (AI) models to generate task prompts, receiving a requested action from a customer, determining contextual information about a plurality of customer devices, generating a task prompt using the one or more AI models, generating an interaction board accessible by the customer via a customer device and accessible by an employee via an employee device, receiving an indication that the customer pre-task has been completed prior to a customer interaction at a branch location, updating the interaction board to indicate that the customer pre-task has been completed prior to the customer interaction, receiving information associated with the requested action from the customer device during the customer interaction, and updating the interaction board to include the information received from the customer device during the customer interaction.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 11, 2023Publication date: March 28, 2024Applicant: WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.Inventors: Nathan COLES, Darren M. Patent number: 11920323Abstract: A counterweight assembly for a work machine includes a structure, support studs, a first side wall, and a second side wall. The structure is coupled to a frame of the work machine and defines through holes, a first side end, and a second side end. The support studs are coupled to the frame and correspondingly received into the through holes to support the structure against the frame. The first side wall extends from the first side end and defines a first eyelet. The second side wall extends from the second side end and defines a second eyelet. A work machine guard rail is received between the first side wall and second side wall. One or more of the first eyelet and the second eyelet receive a lifting assembly for lifting the work machine, and the support studs transfer a lifting force from the counterweight assembly to the frame.Type: GrantFiled: November 4, 2021Date of Patent: March 5, 2024Assignee: Caterpillar Inc.Inventors: Dennis Allen Matousek, Brian Cole Howson, Scott Andrew McGregor

Patent number: 10426071Abstract: A micro-tiller module that is releasibly engageable with a hand drill can include a gear box assembly, first and second tilling wheel assemblies, and a stabilizer fork. The gear box assembly can include a housing, an input shaft extending along an input shaft axis, first and second output shafts, and a plurality of gears. The external end of the input shaft is configured to be releasibly engageable with a chuck of the hand drill. The tilling wheel assemblies can be respectively mounted to the output shafts. The stabilizer fork can extend from a base end fixed to the housing, along a stabilizer axis transverse to the input shaft axis, to a distal end from which first and second tines project. Each of the tines can extend further along the input shaft axis than transverse to the input shaft axis.Type: GrantFiled: May 25, 2016Date of Patent: October 1, 2019Inventor: Dennis Cole Pomeroy

Patent number: 7509955Abstract: A flashlight for dispensing a substance from an aerosol canister, the flashlight including an elongated housing having a front end, a rear end, and a central longitudinal axis, the aerosol canister being slidably received within the housing. At least one light emitting diode disposed approximate the front end of the housing and an elongated spray tube having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end being connected to the aerosol canister and the spray tube extending parallel to the central longitudinal axis such that the distal end extends beyond the front end of the housing.Type: GrantFiled: August 3, 2005Date of Patent: March 31, 2009Assignee: Universal Guardian Holdings, Inc.Inventors: Dennis Cole, Michael J. Publication number: 20060225600Abstract: A projectile is provided which may evenly disperse an inhibiting substance upon impacting a target. The projectile may comprise a shell having a plurality of grooves formed on the shell's exterior surface about an axis of symmetry. The grooves may be equidistantly spaced apart from adjacent grooves. The shell defines an interior cavity that may be filled with a mixture comprising an inhibiting substance and filler with the inhibiting substance being operative to inhibit the motor function of a person and the filler being an inert material which does not react with the inhibiting substance. Preferably, the inhibiting substance will comprise substantially less than 50% of the shell's interior cavity, and preferably about 2% to 1% of the shell's interior cavity. The projectile may be shot at the target such that the projectile breaks open at the grooves to form a cloud of the inhibiting substance such that the target inhales the inhibiting substance and is passivated.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 31, 2005Publication date: October 12, 2006Inventors: Michael Skellern, Dennis Cole
