    Abstract: Methods and systems of determining compensation for an hour of work to an employee are disclosed. A base hourly wage is determined based on the number of hours worked by the employee. A premium hourly wage is determined. The premium hourly wage can be determined by subtracting the base hourly wage from the earned hourly wage. The earned hourly wage can be calculated based on a number of minutes actually worked within the hour of work and a per-minute rate.
