A first end of each first heating element is coupled to the first busbar for electrical communication therewith. A second end of each first heating element is coupled to the neutral busbar for electrical communication therewith. A first end of each second heating element is coupled to the second busbar for electrical communication therewith. A second end of each second heating element is coupled to the neutral busbar for electrical communication therewith. A first end of each third heating element is coupled to the third busbar for electrical communication therewith. A second end of each third heating element is coupled to the neutral busbar for electrical communication therewith.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the application of the biological adsorption and biological oxidation ability of both conventional wastewater treatment biological selection technology and, if desired, chemically-enhanced wastewater treatment biological selection technology to remove pollutants from precipitation-generated flows collected by a combined sanitary sewer system, a separate sanitary sewer system, and/or a combination of both systems for: (1) the biological adsorption and oxidation of suspended and dissolved pollutants as measured by standard methods tests for carbonaceous biochemical oxygen demand, and/or (2) the biological adsorption of all other dissolved non-conservative and conservative pollutants as measured by all other standard methods tests for such pollutants.

Abstract: A compensating resource manager provides a mechanism for more easily integrating non-transactional durable resources to participate in transactions within a component-based on-line transaction processing system, a well as resources having transaction processing support not conforming to the transaction processing system. The durable resource is integrated using the compensating resource manager by developing two simple components, a worker component that implements a normal action on the resource and a compensator component that implements a compensating action that reverses the normal action on the resource. The worker component uses system-provided services to register its respective compensator component and to log information, such as on a write-ahead basis, to allow the compensator component to reverse its normal action.

Abstract: A trash liner in combination with a trash container, and a method of using them to dispose of waste material. The trash liner is a bag having an opening and a body without perforations, with the opening of the bag having an edge within which is a tubular channel, and a flexible tying member passing through the tubular channel. Opposite ends of the tying member extend from openings in the tubular channel. The trash liner may be fastened on a trash container by inserting the body of the bag into the trash container, placing the edge of the opening of the bag over the rim of the trash container, and tying the opposite ends of the tying member together. Trash placed within the trash container may be safely removed by untying the ends of the tying member, removing the edge of the opening of the bag from the rim of the trash container, closing the opening of the bag, and again tying the ends of the tying member to secure closure of the bag.
