Abstract: A chafing dish assembly for use with first and second food trays. The chafing dish assembly includes a support pan and a stopper rail. The support pan further includes a support pan lip with a lip top surface sized and configured to support the food trays. The support pan lip has stopper grooves disposed along the lip top surface. The stopper rail includes first and second positioning tabs extending at each end of the rail. The stopper rail is cooperatively sized and configured with the first and second positioning tabs respectively received in the stopper grooves with the rail spanning across an open top of the support pan and with the first and second food trays positioned in the support pan and supported by the stopper rail.

Abstract: A system and associated methods use an animal harness attached to an animal to improve security at a location (e.g., a home, office, warehouse, etc.). The animal harness collects health status data of the animal, and the health status data is processed using one or more algorithms that detect changes in one or more of excitement, agitation, stress, and/or anxiety in the animal. These changes are interpreted, using a behavioral model of the animal, to determine whether the animal is witnessing a security event at the location, and when the health status data indicates the security event, the system may generate an alert. The behavioral model may be updated over time to improve performance of the algorithms to detect security events.

Abstract: A system and associated methods for round-the-clock monitoring of an animal's health status includes an animal harness that is worn by the animal, and one or both of a mobile device and a remote server. The animal harness includes a plurality of sensors for collecting health measurements of the animal. The animal harness also includes a transceiver that communicates the heath measurements to one or both of the mobile device and the remote server, where a user may view the health measurements. Firmware in the animal harness, an application running in the mobile device, and software in the remote server processes and corrects the health measurements to generate a health status of the animal and notifications are generated when the animal's health is not within a safe range defined by the user.

Abstract: A coolant reservoir tank includes a first compartment that is configured to receive and retain a first portion of a liquid coolant. The first compartment is configured to be in fluid communication with a first liquid cooling circuit. A second compartment is configured to receive and retain a second portion of the liquid coolant. The second compartment is configured to be in fluid communication with a second liquid cooling circuit. A dividing wall separates the first compartment from the second compartment. The coolant reservoir tank further includes a fill port.

Abstract: This disclosure describes the development of a sample preparation, measurement, and analysis method that permits accurate characterization of red blood cells, platelets, and white blood cells, including a 3-part differential of the white blood cells count, to be performed on small volumes of a biological sample. This method is compatible with compact and portable instrumentation that permits the sample collection to be performed in a subject's home and analysis to be performed elsewhere by transmission of the data to a laboratory or doctor's office.

Abstract: A controller for a video game is disclosed. The controller may be a generally U-shaped steering wheel including a pair of hand grips attached to and extending from a base connector. The ends of the hand grips may be angled downward. The design of the hand grips together with the downwardly extending ends provides for an ergonomic design of the controller with easy access to controls on the hand grips whether the controller is grasped with a pronated or supinated hand positions.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a flexible boot for at least partially encompassing an electronic device. In one embodiment, the boot includes a rear panel and a sidewall extending from the real panel. The sidewall includes an inner surface, an outer surface, and a plurality of compressible hollow regions positioned between the inner surface and the outer surface. The rear panel and the inner surface of the sidewall at least partially define a cavity configured to receive the device. Other embodiments of the present disclosure provide a case for housing an electronic device. In one embodiment, the case includes an elastomeric boot and a rigid posterior portion defining an opening therethrough through which a portion of the boot extends. The boot includes a sidewall and is configured to receive the device such that the sidewall at least partially surrounds a plurality of lateral sides of the device.

Abstract: A system and method for bridging the POTS network and a packet network, such as the Internet, uses a set of access objects that provide the interfacing and functionality for exchanging address and payload information with the packet network, and for exchanging payload information with the payload subnetwork and signaling information with the signaling subnetwork of the POTS network.
