Abstract: A commercial interaction system improves the convenience and efficiency of conducting a verbal interaction over a communications network (via telephone or Internet, with or without visual supplement). The interaction is conducted because one party (a “host”) is willing to provide and another party (a “guest) is interested in obtaining the value of the content communicated during the interaction. The present invention facilitates the scheduling, connecting, privacy management and convenient settlement of financial accounts necessary for the execution of said interaction.
