    Abstract: An apparatus and method for producing foam polyurethane incorporates an apparatus for mixing a nucleating gas into the polyol (part B) fraction and finally dispersing the nucleating gas prior to mixing the polyol (part B) fraction with the isocyanate (part A) fraction. The apparatus and method produce a very fine and uniform microcellular structure in the foam.
