    Abstract: A caster brake assembly simultaneously brakes separate caster wheels, one swiveling and one non-swiveling, of a movable caster-wheel supported article. It includes a bracket mounted to the bottom of the article, a longitudingal frame assembly vertically slidably mounted to the bracket, brake shoes mounted at the ends of the frame assembly, and a cam member pivotably mounted to the frame assembly and operable against the bracket to force the frame assembly downward relative to the bracket and to brakingly engage the brake shoes against the wheels.
