    Abstract: An alarm system is provided that includes an alarm and a snooze system. The snooze system is operable to suspend the alarm for at least one snooze duration, wherein the length of the snooze duration is random. In some embodiments, the random snooze durations may be selected by shuffling a set of predetermined snooze durations, and in others the random snooze duration may have a minimum or maximum duration.
