    Abstract: A knob on a round suction cup is mounted in an opening in the back of a bow portion of a clip, away from the nip section. A roller on the nip cooperates with a flat sliding surface, another roller or a groove to receive and hold a card. Printing on the suction cup or on a sticker which receives the suction cup is visible through a transparent windshield.
