  • Patent number: 11916456
Abstract: A connection structure of a stator of a drive motor is configured to allow coils to be wound in a plurality of slots provided in a stator core and to connect the coils withdrawn from the slots. The coils are wound in the slots to form first-type structures and second-type structures configured such that withdrawal directions of three-phase (U-, W- and V-phase) withdrawal lines and N-phase withdrawal lines withdrawn from the slots of the first-type structures are opposite to withdrawal directions of three-phase (U-, W- and V-phase) withdrawal lines and N-phase withdrawal lines withdrawn from the slots of the second-type structures. The first-type structures and the second-type structures are disposed symmetrically to each other with respect to a reference line formed to divide the slots in half.

  • Publication number: 20040004322
Abstract: An automatic feeding device in a printing machine includes: a sheet container containing a number of sheets, a pick-up unit picking up and transporting sheets in the sheet container using a rotational friction, a driving unit driving the pick-up unit, and at least one sheet separator roller rotatably installed in a transport path of the sheets to rotate in a direction opposite to a sheet transport direction to individually separate the sheets one by one picked up by the pick-up unit. The sheet separator rollers rotate in response to a driving force of the driving unit and frictionally contact the picked sheets to separate the sheets one by one. According to the automatic feeding device, when the sheets are fed, the sheet separator rollers rotate in the direction opposite to the sheet transport direction and frictionally contact leading ends of the sheets to separate the sheets so that the sheets can be always separated in a reliable manner regardless of deformation or a type of the sheets.

  • Patent number: 6172856
Abstract: In a magnetic head transferring device of a hard disk drive, a rotor is rotatably mounted on a base and has a magnetic head for recording/reproducing information on/from the disk. A stator is installed on the base for actuating the rotor to move across a parking area and a recording area formed on the hard disk. First and second magnetic members are respectively installed at one end of the rotor and the stator and are magnetically coupled to one another when the magnetic head is positioned in the parking area of the hard disk so that the rotor is locked to not move. A pushing unit for gradually pushing the rotor by pressing in a direction such that the first and second magnetic members are separated. Thus, because the unlocking mechanism of the rotor is made slowly and smoothly by using the bimetal member, the impact and excessive rotation of the rotor during unlocking thereof can be prevented.

  • Patent number: 6061207
Abstract: In a magnetic head transferring device, of a hard disk drive, a locking member is provided to lock a rotor after the magnetic head is moved to a parking zone formed on a hard disk. The locking member includes a bimetal member which reversibly deforms when heated by an electric current supplied from a power supply source. The rotor has a coupling slot through which one side of the bimetal member selectively inserts into or separates from as the bimetal member deforms. Thus, since the rotation of the rotor is locked or unlocked using the bimetal member operating according to the turning on/off of power, an abnormal movement of the magnetic head is prevented regardless of the strength of external impacts.

  • Patent number: 5699950
Abstract: A welder using an ultrasonic vibration includes a vibration direction converter for diversely converting the direction of vibration generated by a vibrator according to the properties of a welded material, so that welding efficiency is improved. The vibration direction converter is made to be disassembled or assembled, so that the replacement of the rod is easy when it experiences vibration fatigue. Efficiency is maximized because plural welding operations can be made simultaneously, since plural vibration-transmitting directions due to a symmetrical multiple structure are possible by means of the vibration-direction converter.
