  • Patent number: 11970385
Abstract: A fuel transfer station may provide for the refilling of fuel canisters providing fuel to combustion powered equipment. The fuel transfer station may include a base, a frame coupled to the base, a first connection port and a second connection port provided in the base, and fluid flow lines connecting the first connection port and the second connection port. A supply tank may be supported by the frame and detachably connected to the first connection port. A fuel canister to be refilled may be detachably connected to the second connection port. Fuel contained in the supply tank may be selectively supplied to the fuel canister through the fluid flow lines in response to a pressure gradient drawing the fuel into the fuel canister.

  • Publication number: 20240091422
Abstract: A renal therapy system is disclosed. In an example, the renal therapy system includes a home renal therapy machine that stores, to a log file, dates of when renal therapies were performed and a type of each renal therapy that was performed. The system also includes a server that receives the log file from the home renal therapy machine. The server compares the dates and types of performed renal therapies stored in the log file to a device program that specifies dates for performing renal therapies and the types of renal therapies to be performed. The server displays a flag in a user interface of a clinician computer when there is a deviation from the comparison.

  • Patent number: 11918549
Abstract: A wound irrigation system includes a first fluid including an ion rich compound having free available ions; and a second fluid including an oxidation-reduction potential increasing compound, the second fluid housed separately from the first fluid. Mixing the first and second fluids in a charging area forms an ionically charged fluid with an oxidation-reduction potential higher than a wound site oxidation-potential. The ionically charged fluid increases antimicrobial activity of the wound upon application.

  • Publication number: 20230210470
Abstract: A method for processing measurements, acquired by a measurement sensor at different measurement times, involves the measurement sensor being integrated into a connected device that is worn/borne by a user and configured to connect to a wireless communication network. The measurement sensor is configured to acquire, at each measurement time, a measurement representative of a movements of, or a physiological characteristic of, the user. The measurement sensor is parameterized by various parameters, the value of each parameter being encoded in a register. Measurements are acquired by the measurement sensor at various measurement times to form a sequence of measurements. Data, established from the sequence of measurements, is transmitted to an interpreting application programmed to estimate, from the transmitted data, a user state selected from a plurality of predetermined states. The method also includes, before or during the measurements acquisition, a verification of the parameters of the measurement sensor.

  • Publication number: 20070238970
Abstract: Two different RF-frequency ranges or bands are employed viz. at the localisation RF-frequency and at the imaging RF-frequency, respectively. At these respective RF-frequency ranges different types of magnetic resonance signals are acquired. At the localisation RF-frequency a high sensitivity for the position of the interventional device is achieved. At the imaging RF-frequency a high sensitivity for image information, i.e. contrast resolution, of the anatomical structures of the patient to be examined is achieved.

  • Patent number: 5556978
Abstract: 1R-cis, 1'R-cis isomer of a 2',2'-(3,11-dioxo-4,10-dioxatridecylene)-bis-(1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6,7-dimet hoxy-2-methyl-1-veratrylisoquinolinium) salt, substantially free from other geometrical and optical isomers thereof. The 1R-cis,1'R-cis isomer has been found to have an advantageous combination of pharmacological properties, notably greater neuromuscular blocking potency, weaker histamine-releasing potency, and at equivalent levels of neuromuscular blockade, fewer potential adverse effects on the autonomic nervous system (sympathetic and parasympathetic blockade), in comparison with the known mixture of geometrical and optical isomers.

  • Patent number: 4852412
Abstract: Apparatus 1 for sampling the contents of a pressurised vessel 2 comprises a valve 3 having an inlet 4 and an outlet 5. The inlet 4 is in communication with the interior of the vessel 2. A sample-receiving pressure receptacle 7 is connectable to the valve outlet 5 in a sealing manner, and a pressure venting line 8 is provided for equalizing the interior of the receptacle 7 with the atmosphere. When the valve 3 is open, a sample of pressurized vessel contents can enter the receptacle 7. When the valve is then closed, the sample remains in the receptacle 7. A probe 31, operable from outside the pressurized vessel 2, is provided so that, when the valve 3 is open, a sample of the vessel contents can be drawn through the valve and into the receptacle 7.
