  • Publication number: 20240098814
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A first user equipment (UE) may receive link capability information from a second UE that has a cellular wireless connection with a network entity of a cellular wireless network. The link capability information may be associated with a subscription of the second UE to the cellular wireless network. The first UE may establish a local wireless connection with the second UE based on the link capability information associated with the subscription of the second UE to the cellular wireless network. The first UE may communicate one or more messages with the network entity of the cellular wireless network via the second UE using first subscriber identity module (SIM) credentials of the first UE or second SIM credentials of the second UE based on establishing the local wireless connection with the second UE.

  • Patent number: 11910279
Abstract: Techniques described herein provide for enhanced determination of a V2X communication range based on sensor information obtained at a V2X device. According to embodiments, a V2X device can obtain sensor information regarding a detected object and determine a communication range for a V2X message transmitted by the V2X device based on one or more detected properties of the detected object. The V2X message itself may contain information regarding the one or more detected properties of the detected object, as well as information indicative of the location of the V2X device and the determined communication range.

  • Publication number: 20150271231
Abstract: Transport accelerator (TA) systems and methods for accelerating delivery of content to a user agent (UA) of a client device are provided according to embodiments of the present disclosure. Embodiments comprise a TA architecture implementing a connection manager (CM) and a request manager (RM). A RM of embodiments subdivides a fragment request provided by the UA into a plurality of chunk requests for requesting chunks of the content. A CM of embodiments signals to the RM, that the CM is ready for an additional chunk request of the content. Priority information is provided according to embodiments, such as by the UA, wherein the priority information indicates a priority of a corresponding fragment request relative to other fragment requests.
