Patent number: 10659547Abstract: The ACTIONABLE NOTIFICATIONS APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS (“ACNO”) transforms inputs such as actionable notification enrollment input, action input, and trigger messages via ACNO components into actionable notification message output. In one embodiment, the disclosure describes a processor-implemented actionable notification method, which comprises, receiving an actionable notification enrollment request with a device identification, and criteria for receiving actionable notifications, and receiving an actionable notification trigger message. The method further comprises determining an actionable notification message based on the actionable notification trigger message and the criteria for receiving actionable notifications, and determining actionable notification associated actions. The method further comprises transmitting the actionable notification message and the associated actions, and receiving an action selection from the associated actions, and effecting the action selection.Type: GrantFiled: January 8, 2018Date of Patent: May 19, 2020Assignee: VISA INTERNATIONAL SERVICE ASSOCIATIONInventor: Dhiraj Sharda

Patent number: 10607225Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems and methods for authentication using audio filtering. In some embodiments, an original audio segment such as a voice segment may be received. The received original audio segment may be modified using a first predetermined algorithm. The modified audio segment may be sent to an authentication server. At the authentication server, the modified audio segment may be reconstructed into the original audio segment using a second predetermined algorithm. The client device may be authenticated for a transaction based at least in part on the reconstructed original audio segment.Type: GrantFiled: April 23, 2018Date of Patent: March 31, 2020Assignee: Visa International Service AssociationInventors: Shaw Li, Dhiraj Sharda, Douglas Fisher

Publication number: 20150058136Abstract: Techniques for ranking electronic coupons include associating a product category and coupon attributes with a coupon. A coupon request, including request attributes, is received and a product category of the coupon request is determined from a first attribute subset of the request attributes. The coupon is retrieved based on the product category of the request. A second attribute subset of the request attributes is identified that is unique from the first subset, and each attribute in the second subset has a respective coupon attribute. For each attribute in the second subset, a weight is assigned and the attribute is compared to its respective coupon attribute. A relevancy rank is determined for the retrieved coupon based on the weight and the comparison of attributes. If it is determined that the relevancy rank is greater than or equal to a threshold, the coupon is transmitted as a response to the request.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 25, 2014Publication date: February 26, 2015Inventors: Mehul Jain, David Lothele Williams, Rohan Koduvayur Krishnan Chandran, Dhiraj Sharda
