    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fluorescently-traceable amino acid derivative and a preparation method and use thereof, and belongs to the technical field of biomedicine. In the present disclosure, an amino acid skeleton of the amino acid derivative is modified mainly by a fluorescently-traceable functional group. 4-chloro-7-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole (NBD-Cl) has low polarity and strong fluorescence, and can be used to modify an N-terminal of the amino acid skeleton to conduct subcellular imaging. Moreover, the NBD-Cl has a relatively small volume, lacks reaction orthogonality, and causes little interference with biochemical reactions of the organism itself. The results of examples show that the fluorescently-traceable amino acid derivative has a desirable biological activity and can be fluorescently traced in vivo and in vitro.

The system further includes a sound deadening device of the engine exhaust system, a traction battery, and a battery vent system that communicates battery vent byproducts to the engine exhaust system at a position that is downstream from the sound deadening device. The battery vent byproducts are emitted from the traction battery of the electrified vehicle.

    Abstract: The present disclosure may generally relate to the field of polymer synthesis and provide a method for preparing branched poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) at room temperature by inverse emulsion polymerization. The method may include: using benzoyl peroxide as an oxidant, and 2-methyl-N-[3-(methyl-phenyl-amino)-propyl]-acrylamide as a reductant monomer to form a redox initiation system, water, and toluene as media, a nonionic surfactant as an emulsifier, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate as a monomer, reacting at room temperature and normal pressure to obtain branched poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate). In the present disclosure, the polymerization system may be simple and stable, and the synthesis and purification of the reductant monomer may be simple, greatly reducing the polymerization cost. The reaction may not need temperature control and pressure control, with low energy consumption, easy operation, and less impact on the environment.

    Abstract: Conventional readout of a superconducting nanowire single-photon detector (SNSPD) sets an upper bound on the output voltage to be the product of the bias current and the load impedance, IB×Zload, where Zload is limited to 50? in standard RF electronics. This limit is broken/exceeded by interfacing the 50? load and the SNSPD using an integrated superconducting transmission line taper. The taper is a transformer that effectively loads the SNSPD with high impedance without latching. The taper increases the amplitude of the detector output while preserving the fast rising edge. Using a taper with a starting width of 500 nm, a 3.6× higher pulse amplitude, 3.7× faster slew rate, and 25.1 ps smaller timing jitter was observed. The taper also makes the detector's output voltage sensitive to the number of photon-induced hotspots and enables photon number resolution.
