    Abstract: An apparatus and method for deterring slippage of a seat cushion, arm chair slip cover, or head slip cover relative to a chair seat, furniture arm, or seat back includes a relatively thin layer of material having characteristics which resists slippage of the cushion or slip cover relative to the furniture. The layer is formed to conform with the perimeter outline of the cushion or slip cover. The layer holds the cushion or slip cover in place preventing premature costly replacement of chair cushions or slip covers.
