    Abstract: A method of controlling a dispenser duct door, including positioning an upper side of the door, in a closed position, in a door-opening direction, and rotating a bottom end of the door to a partially open position vertically under the upper side of the door in response to an opening signal. The bottom end of the door is rotated further in the door-opening direction in response to ice hitting a rear of the door and is returned to the partially open position. After a predetermined delay, the bottom end of the door is returned to the closed position.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a heat pump that utilizes unidirection refrigerant wherein air directed across the condenser and evaporator is redirected for different operations. While the heat pump is operating in the cooling mode, manually operable dampers are positioned so that outdoor air is circulated through the condenser and indoor air is circulated through the evaporator. Conversely, in the heating mode, the dampers are manually positioned so that outdoor air is circulated through the evaporator; and indoor air is circulated through the condenser for heating the air.
