The first service processing platform is one of a plurality of service processing platforms that access a blockchain network, and service data of the first user is shared between the plurality of service processing platforms over the blockchain network. In response to a determination that the service processing request involves a second service processing platform of the plurality of service processing platforms, it is determined whether the service processing request is permitted to be executed. In response to determining that the service processing request is permitted to be executed, the service processing request is executed over the blockchain network.

It is determined, based on the risk assessment data of the first user, whether to execute the first resource transaction for the first user.
