Abstract: A system for dry cleaning workpieces by removing solid and/or liquid particles adhereing thereto with a gaseous medium by means of suction. Gaps, medium fee slots and/or medium feed boreholes are formed, arranged and dimensioned so that the flowing medium has a veloscity of greater than 20 m/s everywhere on the surface of the workiece, and the solid and/or liquid articles adhereing thereto are carried away.
