  • Patent number: 10655727
Abstract: A greaser for a transmission includes a shaft (1) having an axial bore (3) and a plurality of axially spaced radial bores (6a, 6b, 6c). Each of at least one tube (8a, 8b) is inserted into a respective one of the axially spaced radial bores (6a, 6b) and extends radially inwardly into the axial bore (3) beyond a circumferential surface (4) of the axial bore (3) that is adjacent the respective one of the axially spaced radial bores (6a, 6b). Each of the at least one tube (8a, 8b) includes a slot (11a, 11b) at a tube end (10a, 10b) facing a central axis (2) of the shaft (1). The slot (11a, 11b) of each of the at least one tube (8a, 8b) extends along a central axis (9a, 9b) of the respective tube (8a, 8b) into an interior space of the axial bore (3).

  • Patent number: 8387741
Abstract: A drive train arrangement for a vehicle comprising a main transmission and a transfer box which are both housed within a transmission housing. The transfer box comprises a drive output which is connected to a rear axle differential transmission and connectable, by a torque transmission element and a connecting shaft, to a front axle differential transmission. The connecting shaft is arranged at a predetermined angle relative to the drive output shaft of the main transmission. The end of the connecting shaft, facing toward the front axle differential transmission, is actively connected to the front axle differential transmission. The front axle differential transmission is fixed to the vehicle by at least one adaptor device allowing the front axle differential transmission to be adapted to a variety of arrangement positions along the rotation axis of the connection shaft.

  • Patent number: 6835159
Abstract: A device for transmitting torque and axially securing a first and a second component (30, 40) that exert torque. The second component advantageously consists of a disk 40, which can be placed with its recesses 42, which are arranged on its periphery, onto the axial projections 33 of a first component 30 in such a way that the projections 33 of a first component 30 protrude axially from the recesses 42 of the disk 40, and that on the protruding projections 33 of the first component 30 a preferably annular component 20 can be placed in such a way that the first component 30 can be permanently connected with the annular component 20 on their contact surfaces.
