  • Publication number: 20120121789
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing an instant beverage product with good foaming and/or dissolution properties, wherein a layer of porous base powder is sintered while gas is forced through the layer.

  • Patent number: 7476639
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for the production of catalytically active layer silicates with one or more intermediate layers, especially Al and/or Ti-pillared clays, wherein a metal solution is added to the layer silicate and the mixture is dried, thereby producing metal atom columns supporting the corresponding intermediate layer. A metal salt is admixed dry to the resulting dry substance. The ensuing dry mixture is finally heated so that the metal atoms or the transition metal atoms become deposited in the intermediate layer.
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: January 13, 2009
    Assignee: Iko Minerals GmbH
Inventors: Dietrich Koch, Kisnaduth Kesore, Anthony Arthur Gustaf Tomlinson

  • Patent number: 5615641
Abstract: A cylinder head has four valves and an injection valve arranged in the center thereof for an internal-combustion engine particularly for a diesel engine. The cylinder head includes a closed runner which is arranged concentrically with respect to an axis of the injection valve and which connects a compression bottom with a top side of the cylinder head. Coolant bores extend in direct proximity to inlet and outlet ports from a circumference of the cylinder head to an interior water space of the cylinder head.

  • Patent number: 5501122
Abstract: Two components, such as an engine block (1) and a gear case (2), are coupled to each other by at least two flexible coupling links (7, 8) and by a rigid coupling link (10). One end of each flexible coupling link is connected to the engine block or gear case by a first screw connector (11, 11A, 11B) having a threaded bolt (13) passing through a twin cone (16) acting as a centering member. The conical surfaces of the twin cone centering member (16) cooperate with respective conical surfaces (12) in the gear case (2) and in an expander ring (17) bearing with its outer surface against an inner surface of a hole in the coupling link (7, 8) or an intermediate bushing in the coupling link, whereby the force transmitting connection is accomplished with radial clamping forces. The cooperation of the conical surfaces compensates for alignment tolerances and uneven stress distributions are avoided.
