  • Publication number: 20130011321
Abstract: An exhaust gas treatment apparatus comprises an ammonia absorption system and an ammonia conversion system. The ammonia absorption receives ammonia-containing tail gas generated by a semiconductor process, and removes dust from the tail gas, absorbs and decomposes ammonia gas from the tail gas, converts the ammonia gas into aqueous ammonia, and emits the tail gas without the dust and the ammonia to an external environment. The ammonia conversion system receives the ammonia solution from the ammonia absorption system, and converts it into gaseous ammonia, and then converts the gaseous ammonia to produce liquid ammonia by vaporization and cooling-pressurized liquefaction. After that, the liquid ammonia is purified by a purification system to formed hi-purity liquid ammonia.

  • Publication number: 20060062722
Abstract: A method for preparing barium titanate powder, including preparing a pulp containing TiO(OH)2(s), adding a solid Ba source into the pulp, filtering the pulp so as to form a cake of TiO(OH)2(s) and the solid Ba source, and calcining the cake so as to form the barium titanate powder, is disclosed. A method for preparing barium titanate powder, including: preparing an aqueous TiOCl2 solution by reacting an aqueous TiO(SO4) solution with an aqueous barium chloride solution; adding an aqueous barium chloride solution and the aqueous TiOCl2 solution into an aqueous oxalic acid solution so as to form a mixture with a precipitate of BaTiO(C2O4); filtering the mixture so as to form a cake of BaTiO(C2O4); and calcining the cake so as to form the barium titanate powder, is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20020005601
Abstract: A method is designed to make a plastic product capable of absorbing electromagnetic waves. The method comprises a first step in which a Barium Strontium Titanate powder is formed of aqueous solutions of titanium oxalate, strontium oxalate, and barium oxalate. The Barium Strontium Titanate powder is then mixed with a plastic organic compound to form a mixture, which is heated at a temperature corresponding to the melting point of the plastic organic compound, thereby resulting in formation of a molten mixture. A plurality of strips are formed of the molten mixture by extrusion. The strips are cut into granular pieces capable of absorbing electromagnetic waves of low and intermediate frequencies.
