    Abstract: A malignancy probability is automatically calculated for one or more lesions. The malignancy probability is based on assessments of one or more malignancy characteristics for each lesion derived from two or more structural and/or functional image data sets. Likewise, in some embodiments, the malignancy probability is based on assessments of one or more malignancy characteristics for each lesion derived from a combination of structural and functional image data. In one embodiment, the set of structural image data is a set of CT image data and the set of functional image data is a set of PET image data. The one or more lesions may be detected in the structural and/or functional image data by automated routines or by a visual inspection by a clinician or other reviewer.

The active agent-labeled species includes a ligand coupled to an active agent. The pretargeting conjugate includes a protein conjugated to a targeting species having a targeting moiety capable of binding to an in-vivo target or a biomarker produced by or associated with the target. The protein is substantially free of a cofactor. Also disclosed are methods of administering the pretargeting species and the active-agent labeled species to a subject for diagnosing or treating a disease condition, or assessing the effectiveness of a treatment of the disease condition.

    Abstract: Disclosed are multispecific macromolecular constructs, blocking agents and radiolabeled effector molecules, as well as kits and methods for imaging tissue of interest in a mammalian subject. The multispecific macromolecular construct is capable of binding a radiolabeled effector molecule that can be imaged, as well as a disease marker such as for example a tumor specific antigen expressed on the surface of tumor tissue. The blocking agent comprises, or alternatively consists of, an unlabeled form of the radiolabeled effector conjugated to a carrier protein or polypeptide, said carrier protein or polypeptide preferably being non-immunogenic or having low immunogenicity.
