  • Patent number: 11401715
Abstract: A concrete construction element has a concrete base body with at least one flat side and an end face. An anchor rail is embedded in the concrete base body. A reinforcement component is provided that has a plate embedded in the concrete base body at a side of the anchor rail which is facing toward the end face of the concrete base body. The reinforcement component has two anchors fixedly connected to the plate, wherein the two anchors extend away from the plate to a side of the anchor rail which is facing away from the plate. The two anchors each have an end facing away from the plate, wherein the end has an anchoring section, wherein the anchoring section forms an undercut in a direction toward the plate.

  • Patent number: 10590642
Abstract: A fastening rail for embedding into a concrete element has one rail back, two rail lips and two rail longitudinal sides disposed opposite one another. The rail lips delimit a slot between them. The fastening rail is realized in an anchorless manner and forms at least one undercut from the rail back in the direction of the outside of the rail lips. To improve anchoring in concrete, the rail back has profiling on its outside which is remote from the rail lips. The fastening rail is advantageously embedded into a concrete element such that the outside of the rail lips lies flush with the surface of the concrete element. A method for making a fastening rail includes producing a profiling in at least one central region of a top side of a metal plate and reshaping the metal plate to form the rail back, rail longitudinal sides and rail lips.

  • Patent number: 10513844
Abstract: A bracket anchor for fastening a facing to a supporting wall has a bracket head for fastening the bracket anchor to the supporting wall, a web plate, a support element for supporting the facing, and a pressure element for transmitting pressure from the bracket anchor to the supporting wall. The support element and the pressure element are secured to the web plate. The entire web plate is formed from a single plate of constant wall thickness. The web plate includes a tension strut and a compression strut which are connected to one another only at their ends facing the support element and at most over half of the projecting length of the bracket anchor.

  • Patent number: 10450747
Abstract: A support system includes supports and connection elements for interconnecting the supports. The supports are interconnected by plug connections. The interacting plug connection components that form the plug connection include at least one plug element and at least one plug receptacle. Each connection element is established on a support and has at least one plug connection component. The support system has first connection elements, the at least one plug connection component of which is disposed on a longitudinal side of the assigned support. The support system has second connection elements, the at least one plug connection component of which are disposed on an end side of the assigned support, and the second connection elements are selectively connectable to a first connection element or to a further second connection element. A system of connection elements includes first connection elements as well as second connection elements.

  • Patent number: 10385563
Abstract: The invention relates to an anchoring rail with a substantially C-shaped cross section for anchoring in concrete. The anchoring rail includes a cross sectionally substantially U-shaped base body, two free limbs and at least one anchor. The base body includes a base and two side walls. The two free limbs are arranged opposite the base of the base body. The at least one anchor is arranged on the base. Between the free limbs, a slot is formed in the longitudinal direction of the anchoring rail. The anchoring rail has at least one thickened portion on the base body.

  • Patent number: 10161128
Abstract: An anchor rail has a base body having a longitudinal groove that extends along a longitudinal center line of the anchor rail, and a rail back, fixed with an anchor, on the side opposite the longitudinal groove. The base body has a one front side perpendicular to the longitudinal center line and fixed with an end plate that protrudes beyond the rail back to the side of the base body facing away from the longitudinal groove and supports an anchoring element, which extends from the side of the end plate on which the base body is arranged. The end plate is flush to the front side and does not protrude into the base body. For a building structure with a concrete member, into which an anchor rail is cast, the longitudinal groove is on a first router side of the concrete member. The end plate runs along a second side of the concrete member and the anchoring element protrudes into the concrete member.
