    Abstract: A method for continuous uninterrupted delivery of audio packets, especially, in low-bandwidth/high-delay networks. The method determines a guaranteed communication channel capacity for selecting an optimal quality of real-time video rendering. A capacity of the communication channel between a client and a server is limited by a token bucket filter (TBF). In case of low-bandwidth, some or all video data is discarded and only the audio data is sent. Thus, the remote conference continues uninterrupted.
