The device includes: a disc with an arc rising perpendicular to the disc. Wherein the arc is divided into multiple towers by multiple canyons. Wherein the width of the canyons is smaller than the diameter of the cord. Wherein the cord is held in place by being pressed into at least one of the canyons.
