Abstract: A reel cover which is primarily intended to be used in enclosing the space between the sides of a reel can be constructed from a single extruded strip of a polymer such as plasticized polyvinyl chloride. Such a strip as formed will have parallel ridges on its under surface which are adapted to fit against the sides of the reel. The cover is formed from the extruded strip by punching out openings in terminal portions in the ends of the strip so that portions of the ridges remain on these terminal portions. The openings and the remaining ridges are dimensioned so that one terminal portion may be placed over the other and the two terminal portions can then be attached by pushing the remaining ridges on one terminal portion through the openings on the other terminal portion.

Abstract: An enclosed conduit for use with cables, wires, lines and the like is preferably constructed using two separate extrusions which is formed of a self supporting resilient material. The first of these is a U-shaped base having side edges, the second is a cover adapted to overly the base between the side edges of the base, this cover having side edges. Coacting structures on the side edges of both the base and the cover permit the base and the cover to be snapped together or apart. An auxiliary retainer on the cover adjacent to the side edges of the cover are used to inhibit the inward deflection of the sides of the base when the cover is in place.

Abstract: A storm window or the like formed of plastic extrusions with a frame, glazing sheet, and lock strips pushed into grooves of the frame, holding the glazing sheet between the frame members and lock strips. A removable frame formed of frame members joined together at the corners by corner fasteners with arms which push into slots of the frame members. Mounting clips for mounting the window to a support surface, with variations for flush mounting and recess mounting, with the mounting clips snapping into grooves in the lock strip.

Abstract: A mist eliminator pack formed of a plurality of corrugated sheets with elongate retainer bars between sheets, with the bars having projecting barbs engaging sheet openings and with the bars having end grooves receiving sheet edges, and including elongate spacer strips with grooves receiving the ends of the retainer bars to form a substantially rigid assembly with sinuous flow paths between sheets.

Abstract: Wall assemblies useful for a wide variety of different applications can be economically constructed utilizing extruded polymer panels shaped so as to have sloped positioning walls located adjacent to interlocking connecting elements at their side edges. The connecting elements are shaped so that the connecting element along one side edge of one panel can be pushed into engagement with a connecting element along another side edge of another panel through the use of a tool pressing against the adjacent positioning walls when the side edge of the first of the panels is located over the side edge of the other panel.

Abstract: A molding for a panel comprising first and second elongated channels opening in opposite directions. The first elongated channel is adapted to receive an elongated peripheral portion of the panel. A fastener concealment member is located in the second elongated channel. The fastener concealment member includes foam plastic material. A fastener can be driven through the foam plastic material and the molding into a panel to attach the molding to the panel.
