  • Publication number: 20080176684
Abstract: A hockey puck comprising a resilient material having each of a first predetermined configuration and a first predetermined thickness and having a centrally disposed opening therein. The centrally disposed opening has a predetermined diameter. A first disk has a second predetermined configuration, a second predetermined thickness and a predetermined coefficient of friction. A portion of the first disk is engageable with a first side of the resilient material. A second disk has a third predetermined configuration, a third predetermined thickness and a predetermined coefficient of friction. A portion of the second disk is engageable with an opposed second side of the resilient material. The resilient material extends beyond a periphery of the first and second disks a predetermined distance.

  • Publication number: 20070169636
Abstract: An apparatus for at least one of supporting and containing a preselected food product to be at least one of baked, cut and served. The apparatus comprises a first member having a first predetermined shape and a first predetermined size, such first member having a plurality of projections extending upwardly. There is a second member having a second predetermined shape and a second predetermined size for engagement with the first member. The second member has a plurality of apertures formed therein for permitting the plurality of projections to extend therethrough when the second member is placed on top of the first member. There are also a plurality of grooves disposed adjacent an upper surface of the second member extending from an outer edge of the second member to an axially opposed outer edge of the second member for enabling a cutting means to pass completely through such preselected food product.

  • Patent number: 7134979
Abstract: A hockey puck comprising a resilient material having a first configuration, a first thickness and a predetermined hardness. There is a first disk having a second configuration and a second thickness that is engageable with a first side of the resilient material and a second disk having a third configuration and a third thickness engageable with a radially opposed second side of the resilient material. Both disks are produced from a preselected material having a predetermined coefficient of friction. The resilient material extends beyond a periphery of the first disk and the second disk a predetermined distance. The second thickness and the third thickness of the first disk and the second disk, respectively, each have a thickness which is at least as thick as one half of the thickness of the resilient material.
