The cushion tip-up type seat for a vehicle is configured to perform a tip-up function of a cushion part, and to move a seat leftward and rightward to adjust an interval between left and right seats, whereby left and right spacing between occupants seated in the seats is sufficiently secured and the convenience of the occupants is improved.

Abstract: Disclosed is a golf club capable of allowing a user to properly adjust the striking direction and striking impact for a golf ball by presenting a reference line for accurately striking the golf ball, and simultaneously providing an index for checking the exact movement distance and direction of a club head in take-back and striking actions. The golf club is provided with a shaft, which has a first side surrounded by a grip grasped by a user, and a club head, which is connected to a second side of the shaft to strike a golf ball. The shaft comprises a shaft body including transparent material, and a guide member inserted into the shaft body and having a specific sectional shape such that the guide member guides horizontal movement of the golf club.

Abstract: The present invention provides a food and drink packing container, in which a transparent vinyl film type cover is attached to an upper rim of the container by heat-sealing, and which has a structure such that the container can be easily opened when desired, because the interior and the exterior thereof are caused to communicate. The food and drink packing container of the present invention includes a container body (2), which contains food and drink therein and has a flange (4) on an upper end thereof, and a film type cover (3), which is attached to the flange by heat-sealing to prevent the food and drink from spilling from the container body. At least one projecting part (5) extends outwards from the flange and is covered with the cover, and a boring protrusion (6) for boring a hole through the cover is provided in the projecting part.
