Abstract: A method and system for creating an electronic document creates a blank electronic document, and then stores the blank electronic document into the computer according to a designated storage path and a filename. The method and system further receives parameters of template elements, extracts template elements according to the parameters from the storage device, and inserts the template elements into the blank electronic document according to the parameters to create an electronic document template.

Abstract: In a system for document access management, each page of the electronic document is converted into an image, and viewing and download permission to view and download each converted image are set. The page of the electronic document is further converted into a restricted image comprising only designated elements.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for processing workflow tasks is disclosed. The method includes receiving a user operation to start a task, determining if the user operation starts a new task according to a task status table, obtaining a version number of a task processing program from a configuration file or the task status table according to a determined result. The method further includes sending the version number to a task processing server, the task processing server comprising one or more task processing programs with different version numbers, loading the task processing program for processing the user operation according to the version number, recording processed results, and storing the processed results in the task status table.

Abstract: A system for creating and managing contracts flexibly is provided. The system includes a server, a plurality of client computers connected to the server via a network and a database. The server is configured for receiving information of desired contracts from users on the client computers, obtaining contract templates in the database or creating contract templates based on information of the desired contract and for receiving feedback information from the users when the users apply the contract templates to complete the desired contracts. Furthermore, the server is configured for monitoring status of the completed desired contracts. A related method is also provided.
