Abstract: A method, device and terminal for implementing an Internet of Things (IoT) application are provided. The method includes: the terminal interacting with an IoT via an SIP network, wherein the terminal supports an SIP protocol and possesses a function of communicating with an IoT device. Using the terminal which supports an SIP protocol and possesses a function of communicating with the IoT device, the solution can execute the interaction between the terminal and the IoT via the SIP network, and implement the IoT application on the SIP network.

Abstract: A method and a system are disclosed for implementing video monitoring by a mobile terminal. The method includes a mobile client sending a request for on-demand of a monitoring front end to a media transcoding device directly or through a mobile stream media relay, the media transcoding device receiving said request, then requesting a media code stream of said monitoring front end from a fixed network stream media server, and transcoding and outputting the received media code stream, wherein the media transcoding device presets video transcoding parameters corresponding to various mobile network standards, thereby implementing video monitoring of mobile terminals of various standards.
