Abstract: A preparation method for boron-free aldehyde-free modified polysaccharides includes: deionized water, polar organic compounds, low molecular weight sugars, monovalent metal salts and polysaccharides are evenly dispersed; add catalyst; raise the temperature to 45° C.-120° C., activate for 30-600 minutes, cool and filter; etherifying agent is added to the filter material to heat up the reaction; cool down to below 40° C., add acid to adjust pH to near neutral, filter; the modified polysaccharides are washed and purificated by adding solvent, and then filtered and dried to obtain the target product.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a sludge anaerobic fermentation treatment method with simultaneously enhanced acid production and phosphorus removal. The method includes steps of: (1) adding waste activated sludge into an anaerobic reaction system, with a concentration of a total suspended solid (TSS) of 10000-15000 mg/L; (2) maintaining a pH value of the waste activated sludge at 10±0.1; adding powdery magnetite of 0.3-0.9 g/gVS S. Compared with simple alkaline conditions, in the method of the present invention, an accumulation amount of short chain fatty acids (SCFAs) in a fermentation broth is increased by 20%, and a content of orthophosphoric acid is reduced by 10%. The method can further improve the enhancing effect by using sulfuric acid to modify the magnetite, the accumulation amount of SCFAs can be increased by 36.7% at most, and the content of phosphorus and refractory organic substances can be reduced by 32.4% and 40.4% at most, respectively.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for induced differentiation of an extended pluripotent stem cell (EPSC) into a cardiomyocyte and use thereof, and belongs to the technical field of biomedicine. A reagent used for the induced differentiation is a culture medium having definite chemical components, which can obtain cardiomyocytes having high purity and stable between-batch differentiation efficiency. Compared with cardiomyocytes differentiated from existing pluripotent stem cells, the cardiomyocyte obtained has strong early proliferation ability, and more cell number can be obtained; after extended culture and construction into engineering heart microtissue, maturity is higher, the structure is more regularly arranged, and functional contractility is enhanced. Therefore, the present disclosure is a suitable for mechanism research of heart diseases, drug screening, and cell therapy, and thus has excellent practical application value.

Abstract: Described herein are compositions and methods related to antigen binding proteins that bind to human ST2, including antibodies. In particular embodiments, the disclosure provides fully human anti-ST2 antibodies and deriviatives and variants thereof. Further provided are nucleic acids encoding such antibodies and antibody fragments, variants, and derivatives. Also, provided are methods of making and using such antibodies including methods of treating and preventing autoimmune and inflammatory disorders.

Abstract: The present application provides a system and a method for acquiring an image, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium. The system for acquiring an image provided in the present application provides a correction reference with uniform illumination by adjusting the positional relationship between the light source and the correction reference, and acquires at least one image of the correction reference by the image acquisition device to be corrected. Wherein, the correction image obtained based on the at least one image may be used to perform lens shading correction on the image acquisition device. The system for acquiring an image does not require the use of an expensive integrating sphere, which may reduce purchase and maintenance costs of a testing device for obtaining a correction image.

Abstract: A data transmission method, device, and system are provided. The method includes: receiving a first data packet sent by an external network device; verifying an authentication header (AH) packet header of the first data packet by using a first security association (SA); and sending the first data packet to an internet of things (IoT) device if the verification succeeds. According to the embodiments of this application, storage overheads and computational overheads of the IoT device in internet of things can be reduced, to implement end-to-end secure communication between the IoT device and the external network device, and improve security of a communications system.

The network includes a core device and an edge device. The edge device identifies a service type of a first service packet from the core device, and reports a service type identifier of the first packet to the core device. The core device determines a priority corresponding to the service type identifier based on a stored service priority correspondence, and forwards, based on the priority, a service packet belonging to a same service flow as the first service packet. A strong service identification capability of the edge device is used to precisely identify thousands of service types, and a strong entry storage capability of the core device is used to store a correspondence that records thousands of service types and priorities.
