Abstract: A method, system, and device for providing a service in the field of communications technologies are provided. The method includes the following steps. A terminal acquires a network instruction. The terminal initiates a call in a Circuit Switched (CS) domain according to the network instruction. The CS domain provides a service according to the received call from the terminal. The system includes a delivery device, user equipment (UE), and a device for providing a service. The UE includes an acquisition module and a processing module. By providing a network entity with enhanced functions (for example, an enhanced Visit Mobile Switch Center (VMSC) and an enhanced Proxy Call Session Control Function (P-CSCF)), the terminal is capable of providing an emergency call service and a monitoring service for a terminal user when a session is established by using an Internet Protocol (IP) Multimeda Subsystem (IMS) CS Control Protocol (ICCP) signaling.

Abstract: A method, a system, and an apparatus for creating a Content-on-Demand (CoD) service are disclosed herein. The method includes receiving a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) service request sent by a User Equipment (UE); converting the SIP service request into a Real-Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) service request, and sending the RTSP service request to a server; receiving an RTSP service response sent by the server; and converting the RTSP service response into a SIP service response, and sending the SIP service response to the UE to create the CoD service between the UE and the server.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a system and a method for processing a packet domain service signal, which enable a terminal that does not support an access control protocol of an Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) to access the IMS and acquire the services in the IMS. An AGCF is added for shielding the differences of the users on the basis of the IMS defined in the 3GPP R5/R6 standard, specifically, a PSTN/ISDN user accesses an AGF first, accesses the IMS through an agent function of the AGCF, and the AGCF also manages and controls the AGF. Control of the PSTN/ISDN services may be implemented in the AGCF, or in an AS added to the IMS, or the control of basic services and supplementary services may be implemented in the AGCF while the control of value-added services may be implemented in the AS.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a communications network system including more than one type of communications network and a centralized subscriber database connected with the more than one type of communications network. The centralized subscriber database is able to process calls accessed via a communications network based on the subscriber data and send back the processing result of the calls to the communications network, which will re-route the calls based on the processing result thereof. Based on the above communications network system, this invention also discloses methods for flexible number plan, various simple services, smooth transfer of PHS subscribers to a 3G network, and short message communications based on flexible number plan.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system for processing continuity of media streams in a session are disclosed herein to fulfill the requirements for processing continuity of media streams in a session. The method includes the following steps: providing an SAF between a set of first access connections and a remote connection corresponding to a HandOver Remote Function (HORF), where each first access connection corresponds to a HandOver Source Function (HOSF) in an HOSF set in a session and is associated with at least one target media stream; associating, by the SAF, a media component corresponding to the target media stream with a second access connection between the SAF and each HandOver Destination Function (HODF) in an HODF set after receiving a stream operation request; performing, by the SAF, a stream operation on the second access connection and processes continuity of the target media stream.

Abstract: A multilayered coating system consisting of a multicomponent zirconia-base or hafnia-base oxide top layer, an interlayer comprised of a plurality of sublayers and a bond coat layer is provided. The multilayered coating system of the present invention, with an interlayer comprised of a plurality of sublayers, provides a protective coating solution for silicon-base ceramic components exposed to very high temperatures and/or high gas flow velocity water vapor combustion environments. The plurality of sublayers affords for a multitude of interfaces that aid in phonon scattering within the coating system and thereby reduces its thermal conductivity. Furthermore, the plurality of interlayer sublayers afford a strain tolerant buffer between the top layer and substrate and thereby accommodate the thermal expansion mismatch between the oxide top layer (coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) up to ˜8-10×10?6 m/m-C) and the silicon-base ceramic substrate (CTE?4-5×10?6 m/m-C).

Abstract: A composition for thermal barrier coatings exhibiting improved thermal conductivity and toughness is provided. The composition is comprised of a base majority oxide, a first dopant oxide, at least one small rare earth oxide, at least one large rare earth oxide and at least one toughening oxide. Compared to traditional thermal barrier coatings, a composition of the present invention provides approximately twice the toughness one-third to one-half the thermal conductivity.

Abstract: A method and a device for providing a call forwarding service for users are provided. The method for providing a call forwarding service for users includes the following steps. An IP multimedia subsystem (IMS) network entity receives a call towards a user who accesses from a circuit switched (CS) domain; the IMS network entity acquires a current session connection state of the user or the user's desire of answering the call; and the call forwarding service is provided according to the obtained session connection state of the user or the user's desire. Thus, a call forwarding service in an IMS domain for a called user who accesses from a CS domain is realized.

Abstract: A method for establishing association-control relations includes these steps: An access adapting unit acquires subscription information of the user through a mobile application part (MAP) message, an SH interface message, or a Cx interface message; and acquires information indicating that the user is an ICS user from the subscription information of the user. A system, an access adapting unit, and an IMS CS control function (ICCF) for establishing association-control relations are also provided. In embodiments of the present invention, an access adapting unit such as a local-CS access adaptation function-network (L-CAAF-n) may know whether a user is an IMS centralized service (ICS) user and acquire the ICCF address information so that association-control relations may be established between the L-CAAF-n and the ICCF.

Abstract: The present invention provides a system and apparatus for a mobile CS user to access an IMS network and a registration method for accessing. The network under the present invention comprises an IMS network for providing IMS services and a CS access network. The network contains a Register Proxy Function (RPF) entity, which comprises a first interface for communicating with the IMS network and a second interface for communicating with the CS access network. The RPF entity is adapted to map a CS registration event which is originated by the mobile CS user through the second interface to an IMS registration event, and initiate registration to the IMS network through the first interface on behalf of the mobile CS user. The technical solution under the present invention enables a mobile CS user to be registered to an IMS network practicably so that the CS user can enjoy rich IMS services.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system for optimizing call anchoring in VCC, a VCC anchoring optimization function entity, and a routing control entity, with a view to correlating the call anchoring with the processing of a service potentially influential in anchoring a call. The method includes: the VAO function entity perceives the service information of a called party; and the VAO function entity optimizes the call anchoring when determining that the service subscribed to by the called party may affect anchoring of the current call. The present invention enables correlation between the call anchoring and the processing of the service influential in anchoring the call, and optimizes the call anchoring.
