    Abstract: The present invention discloses a flexible liner bag which may contain an absorbent material suitable for collecting and containing waste material. Bottom, side, and top edges of the bag are sealed, such that the absorbent material is contained within the bag. Retaining band is positioned on the bag near the top edges of the bag. A removal means is positioned on the bag between the top edges of the bag and the retaining band. The liner bag is used in a container to collect and contain waste products. A closure means is used to secure the bag for disposal.
