    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods of treating cancer in a subject by administrating an effective amount of an anti-CCR8 antibody, a chemotherapeutic agent (e.g., cisplatin, gemcitabine, docetaxel), and a PD1 inhibitor or PD-L1 inhibitor to the subject. In some embodiments, the chemotherapeutic agent is administered at a lower dose than in a standard of care chemotherapeutic regimen that does not comprise an anti-CCR8 antibody.
