    Abstract: A cooling garment constructed, at least in part, of a cooling fabric. The cooling fabric includes an upper layer that includes a water-resistant fabric, a lower layer that includes a water-resistant fabric, a plurality of chambers disposed between the upper layer and the lower layer formed by stitching the upper layer and the lower layer together using a water wickable thread, and a superabsorbent polymer contained within a majority of the chambers.
