Abstract: A convertible case for a tablet computer comprising a first panel, a second panel, at least one semi-rigid support flap. Said first and second panels are joined and foldable along an axis, such that said first and second panels are aligned back-to-back, wherein the interior face of the first panel and the interior face of the second panel are directed outwards in opposite directions. The first panel is defined by an interior face and an exterior face, said interior face adapted to securely hold a tablet computer on the interior face. The second panel is defined by an interior face having a fabric layer covering a substantial portion of said inferior face with an opening adapted to receive a user's hand, such that when a user's hand is placed in the opening, the user's hand is snugly held in place between the interior face and the fabric layer.

Abstract: A carrying case for a tablet computer, said case including a support surface for supporting a tablet computer; a first and second holder for securing the tablet computer to a top-oriented face of said support surface, and a handle for carrying said case arranged with a bottom-oriented face of said support surface. Said first holder is attached to a first edge portion of the support face and said second holder is attached to a second edge portion of the support face such that said first holder and second holder are oriented respectively to engage adjacent sides of the tablet computer secured therein, and at least one of said holders is slidably attached to an edge portion of the support surface such that said holder can be extended outwards from the edge portion to allow the support surface to be adapted to support varying tablet computer sizes.

Abstract: A travel bag for a laptop computer for easing scanning at a security checkpoint including a first compartment for storing a laptop computer and a second compartment for storing other typical travel items. The compartment for storing a laptop computer is free of metal and pockets or organizers capable of holding items that may interfere with the scanning of the laptop computer. The two compartments are adapted to be opened so that they lie adjacent to one another with aligned edge surfaces interconnected by a hinge structure provided to align the edge surfaces. A carry handle is provided to be above the hinge and the aligned edge surfaces.
