The Toll App uses the phone's storage media to store toll zones defined on a web site by the toll operator. The Toll App uses the user's payment vehicle such as a credit card to make the payment. The Toll App web site provides a user interface for the toll operator to create and store toll zones on a database and those toll zones are sent to the storage media on the user's phone.
