The presentations may provide advertising, informational, or other material, and are maintained in an upright position even while the vehicle is in motion. The wheel mounted display comprises a display showing one or more presentations may be rotatably attached to a wheel. A ballast is provided to aid in maintaining an upright position for the presentations. A mount allows attachment to a variety of wheels without requiring modification of the wheels.
