Shading computations are performed on the texture data to respectively generate render video outputs for video preview, where each of the shading computations corresponds to a different designated video viewing mode.

Then, whether the input signal is located in a specific area of the touch screen is determined. A moving track of the input signal is detected if the input signal is located in the specific area. Finally, wallpaper of the screen lock state is switched according to the moving track. As a result, a user can switch wallpaper arbitrarily even if the mobile electronic device is in the screen lock state, so as to increase convenience of switching wallpaper.
