The apparatus has a trailer, an assembly for lifting and carrying a bag of seed removably connected to the trailer, a hopper removably mounted on the trailer, an assembly for dispensing the seed from the hopper to a planter, and a control device for actuating and directing the assembly for loading, lifting and carrying, as well as for regulating the assembly for dispensing the seed.
