  • Publication number: 20110150050
Abstract: An embodiment of the invention relates to a digital integrated antenna array system having one or more antenna modules, one or more transceiver modules each having one or more signal processing paths for transmitting data to or receiving data from the one or more antenna modules, a signal processing unit able to process data for each the one or more signal processing paths of the one or more transceiver modules such that the data transmitted from the one or more transceiver modules to the one or more antenna modules is radiated by the one or more antenna modules into one or more radiation patterns.

  • Publication number: 20030190195
Abstract: A method of installing a pile 10 in a subsea substrate is provided, which method comprises the steps of providing a pile 10 with a drill bit 14 at one end, and rotating both the pile 10 and the drill bit 14 relative to a substrate to form a bore. Also provided is a subsea pile 10 in the form of an elongate member 12 with a drill bit 14 fixed at one end thereof. In certain embodiments, the elongate member 12 may be tubular, allowing fluids to be supplied to the drilling face via the pile. Such fluids may be drilling mud, sea water, or a settable material for fixing the pile in the bore.

  • Patent number: 6503112
Abstract: A catenary anchor leg mooring (CALM) buoy of modular construction comprises an open framework and at least one replaceable buoyancy module. The buoyancy module is mounted to the framework. The CALM buoy also comprises mooring means and fluid application means which are rotatably mounted to the framework via a two-armed turntable. The framework may comprise elongate frame members. Preferably a plurality of buoyancy modules are provided, each detachably mounted in a symmetric configuration within the framework.
