Abstract: A sports racket with racket string tension measurement has a racket frame with a throat that connects a racket head and a racket grip. One or more strings is strung in a stringing pattern, and one or more string anchors retains an end of the string or strings. A tension measurement gauge, such as a strain gauge, is operably associated with the string to sense a tension therein. At least a portion of the tension measurement gauge can be retained by the at least one string anchor, and measured tension can be output to a display. There can be first and second strings strung in a pattern to establish distinct striking zones within the racket head, and tension measurement gauges can be associated with each string. A third string could be strung to establish a peripheral pattern in the racket head.

Abstract: A tennis scoring system utilizing a display unit having a plurality of colored indicia areas disposed within at least a first and second scoring bar, each of such colored indicia areas of the first and second scoring bars representing, respectively, the games and sets to be won by the first and second players, each of such colored indicia areas in the first and second scoring bars to be changed in color in sequence whenever a player wins a game, such changed colored indicia representing the scores of games and sets won by the two players in a tennis match.

Abstract: A racquet string tension identification device and method for mounting on a stringed racquet utilizing a color coding system to denote the original string tension range in tens of pounds and having nine indicia areas with the number of additional pounds of tension to be added to the tension range depending upon how many of such indicia areas are marked.

Abstract: A personal tennis score keeper comprising a strip of sheet material having an upper surface and a lower surface and with the upper surface thereof bearing squares arranged in a linear array and forming three columns, one of the columns bearing indicia indicating the number of games won by a player, another column bearing indicia indicating the number of games won by an opposing player, and the remaining column bearing indicia for indicating a score of each player during a game; and a plurality of scoring markers slidably secured to the strip in a juxtaposed slidable relation with respect to a column for marking a score.
