Abstract: A dental device for simultaneous intra-oral and extra oral treatment can include an intra- oral treatment structure configured to treat one or more intra-oral tissues with at least one intra- oral structure treatment. The device can also include an extra-oral treatment structure attached to and extending distally from the intra-oral treatment structure such that at least a portion of the extra-oral treatment structure is configured to be extra-oral in use, wherein the extra-oral treatment structure is configured to treat one or more extra oral structures with at least one extra- oral structure treatment.

The handle includes a handle portion having a proximal end coupled to the housing and a distal end coupleable to the power source, and defining, from the proximal end to the distal end, a first region, a second region, a third region, and a fourth region, and defining a handle axis that is generally transverse to the tool holder axis. The first region includes a switch for actuating the source of motion and adapted to receive a user's thumb and forefinger when the forefinger is actuating the switch.

For each request: a workspace revision counter that is shared by the plurality of documents is incremented, the workspace revision counter indicating a revision state of the plurality of documents, the revision is queued in a workspace revision queue that is shared by the plurality of documents, and the revision indicated by the request is caused to be performed on one or more documents of the plurality of documents that correspond to the request.

Abstract: A gaming controller having improved ergonomics and improved functionality and a controller operating system is described. The gaming controller includes a series of button assemblages corresponding to various game input functions. The assemblages are angled such that an operator's fingers are aligned with buttons resulting minimal tilting of the wrist. The gaming controller includes modifier buttons that change the strength of corresponding button input. The operating system includes a controller circuit with a processor configured to perform various functionalities. The operating system further includes a plurality of settings and sub-settings, at least some of which being related to user profiles, modifier button settings, and/or override systems. A method includes connecting the gaming controller to a video monitor and changing at least one setting associated with at least one of a user profile, a modifier button, and an override system that is saved on a local memory.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a fog-reducing apparatus for eye protection equipment. For example, the fog-reducing apparatus includes a filter-pump system that provides air through one or more flexible hoses and across a lens of eye protection equipment. In certain implementations, the fog-reducing apparatus includes one or more nozzles (e.g., interchangeable nozzles) that provide directional air flow across the lens. Depending on the nozzle and/or an air flow controller, the fog-reducing apparatus can provide variable amounts of air flow and adjustable air flow direction as may be desired. In addition, the nozzle can attach to one or more components of the eye protection equipment, such as a lens, shield, or hood via one or more attachment mechanisms. Further, the nozzle can be inserted through an air vent or other hole into the eye protection equipment.

Abstract: A vehicle includes an engine, an input device for controlling a speed of the engine, a seat for an occupant of the vehicle, a seat belt for securing the occupant in the seat, and a seat belt sensor for detecting when the seat belt is buckled. A controller may be operatively connected to the seat belt sensor and the engine for controlling the vehicle in a first mode when the seat belt is buckled and a second mode when the seat belt is unbuckled. The controller may perform various different functions, such as cutting fuel to the engine when the vehicle speed is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold while operating in the second mode, or receiving input indicating that the input device is released before switching the vehicle to the first mode when the seat belt is buckled while the vehicle is operating in the second mode.
