  • Patent number: 12001653
Abstract: An integrated backend and dynamic interface system can be provided for handling multiple transaction channels. In one example, a client device can receive a unique identification code corresponding to a guest at a physical location associated with an entity. The client device can forward the unique identification code to a backend system configured to analyze a history of the guest to determine a customized object previously obtained by the guest from the entity. The client device can receive information from the backend system about the customized object and configure a graphical user interface to indicate the customized object. The graphical user interface can also include a graphical option that is selectable by a user for adding the customized object to an object order for the guest.

  • Publication number: 20240175498
Abstract: Technologies are generally described for valve assemblies that include a valve body whose inner wall defines two ports and a controllable flow path that extends along the inner wall between the two ports of the valve body. Each port may be fitted with a corresponding gasket. A rotatable member disposed in the controllable flow path of the valve body may include a hemispherical-shaped body with a substantially flat disk-shaped surface portion, and a seal ridge formed about a perimeter of the substantially flat disk-shaped surface portion. During opening and closing operation, the seal ridge may be selectively engaged with either one of the gaskets reducing an initial contact surface, and thereby reducing friction between the rotatable member and the gaskets.

  • Publication number: 20240170619
Abstract: An electronic device may have a display with an array of pixels. Each pixel may include inorganic light-emitting diodes of the same color such as a blue inorganic light-emitting diode. To emit different colors of light using the same type of inorganic light-emitting diodes, quantum dot layers may be used. Each quantum dot layer may have an associated reflective layer. Each light-emitting diode may also have an associated reflective layer. The reflective layer for the light-emitting diode may conform to the light-emitting diode or may be separated from the light-emitting diode by gap. When the reflective layer is separated from the light-emitting by a gap, the gap may be filled by a quantum dot layer or a diffusive layer.
