    Abstract: A holding apparatus is provided, including a receiving base, an upper lid at least a resilient element, and a suction unit. The receiving base and the upper lid are coupled at one side. The resilient element provides the elastic force to pull the upper lid and the receiving base towards each other. The suction unit is installed at the receiving base, including a suction disc for attaching to a fixed surface. The suction disc is exposed from the bottom surface of the receiving base. In this manner, the present invention can be fastened to a surface through the suction disc to provide the clamping force on a portable electronic device between the receiving base and the upper lid so that the portable electronic device is fastened to the present invention in a tilt position.

    Abstract: An apparatus for holding handheld devices is provided, including a receiving base, an upper cover, a locking unit, at least a resilient unit and at least a weight allocation unit. The receiving base has a shell forming an accommodation space with an upward opening, and at least a concealing space inside. One side of the upper cover is coupled to the receiving base. The locking unit is responsible for affixing the closing, opening or holding positions between the upper cover and the receiving base. When the locking unit is in unlocked state, the resilient unit provides a force to lift the upper cover to the maximum opening position. The weight allocation unit is housed inside the concealing space. The electronic device can be held between the upper cover and the receiving base with a tilt angle.

The rotation element and outer wall of the first clip plate form a wound cord space in-between. The press element is located inside the space between the first and the second clip plates. When the flip unit is flipped downwards, the central area of the suction disc unit is dragged up so that the suction disc unit can attach to a surface via suction force. When the flip element is flipped upwards, the obstructing condition of the push obstruct unit is released so that the suction disc unit restores to a normal position.
