  • Publication number: 20230418454
Abstract: Systems and methods presented herein can allow an inspector or other user to document damage or other property information using a mobile device, such as their cell phone. An administrative console can allow an administrator to create an inspection template. The inspection template can include categories and subcategories with instructional media. A user device can receive the inspection template when assigned to a job that utilizes the inspection template. An inspection application on the user device can then present the instructive media based on which category and subcategory the user is attempting to complete. The application can display a two-way dialog with the administrator and a dynamic report where pictures and comments are posted.

  • Publication number: 20170091885
Abstract: Systems and methods presented herein can allow an inspector or other user to sketch a floor plan on a customized graph template. The graph template can be customized by a system based on the property the user is visiting. The user can take a picture of the customized graph template with a mobile computing device. An application executing on the mobile computing device or a server can transform the sketch in the picture into a floor plan. The user can also take pictures of the property using voice commands and associate those pictures with portions of the property.

  • Publication number: 20140347873
Abstract: Provided is a mobile lighting device that can derive power from a renewable energy source, such as solar power. The device can comprise a mobile base unit that can house one or more components of the device. The device further can comprise a solar power module associated with the mobile base unit that converts solar energy into electrical current. The device also can comprise a lighting module associated with the mobile base unit that is at least partially powered either directly or indirectly using the electrical current from the solar power module. The device further can comprise a solar power storage module, such as comprising one or more batteries, for storing energy and discharging as electrical current for powering the lighting module, which can be positioned atop a mast that can be extendable, pivotable, and/or rotatable. The invention also provides methods and systems for illuminating areas.
