RPS Services may be incorporated onto and removed from a server implementing a portal server. RPS Services may be added to and removed from a portal implemented on a server. RPS Services are exposed in the portal as modules, without installing, on the server implementing the portal, any software specific to a RPS Service. Enabled RPS Services may be listed on a directory that may be searched and browsed. The present invention may protect the exposure of data stored on servers during communication between servers.
