  • Publication number: 20240000248
Abstract: A handle-less pitcher having a plurality of spouts radially spaced apart along the pitcher's sidewall. Each spout substantially extends from the upper rim of the handle-less pitcher to the base surface of the handle-less pitcher. The spacing and the dimensions of the tapering-triangular prism shaped spouts facilitates the manual control of the handle-less pitcher so that an average human user can single-handedly engage three of the spouts when gripping the exterior of the handle-less pitcher.

  • Patent number: 8200406
Abstract: A mechanism for reducing brake noise during braking of a vehicle. The mechanism includes controllers and methods that “hold” a currently applied braking torque rather than applying the operator-requested braking torque when a vehicle is traveling at a low speed and the operator-requested braking torque is within a predetermined range. The controllers and methods “release” the previously “held” braking torque and apply the operator-requested braking torque once the operator-requested braking torque is outside the predetermined range.
